If you want to figure out the dominant personality type of someone quickly, then pay attention to their hand gestures! If they are moving their hands while speaking they are either a "D" or an "I" personality type. If you want to know which one they are, pay attention to HOW they are moving their hands. "D" types have very short, blunt and straight forward movements while "I" types have more flowy and animated movements. If someone is moving their hands very little while speaking, you are dealing with an "S" or "C" personality type. They may also put their hands by their side, behind their back, or in their pockets. Just by watching the way someone moves their hands you can figure out what someone's personality type is.
